Custom Hat Order

After paying the €10 deposit, you will be contacted via email within 2–3 business days to discuss the details of your custom order.

The final price of your custom hat may vary from our standard hats depending on the specific design and added elements.

Please note that custom orders typically take 4–5 weeks to complete.

If a customer cancels their custom hat order after production has begun, a €20 custom order fee will apply!

All EU and international orders (except the U.S.) ship via DHL with tracking; U.S. orders ship via UPS or USPS with tracking.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Please note that these charges are not included in your purchase and will be billed separately by the shipping company.

ONLY U.S. Customers must pay the import duties during checkout, only orders to the U.S. are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
