Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.
Information for U.S. Customers: Please note that due to current U.S. shipping regulations, delivery times may be subject to delays!
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, the processing and shipping timeframe may differ. The applicable timeframe will be specified on the respective product page.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are not included in your purchase and will be billed separately by the shipping carrier upon delivery! Please note that customs policies vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
ONLY U.S. Customers must pay the import duties during checkout, only orders to the U.S. are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
Refusal of Acceptance / Return to Sender
If a shipment is refused by the customer and consequently returned to us, a reshipment will only be arranged upon the customer’s request and at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for all reshipping fees and any additional costs incurred.
